Terms & Conditions
1. If cancelled up to 2 days before
the date of arrival no fee
will be charged
2. If cancelled later, 50% of the
amount of required duration will be charged
3. If cancelled same day or in case
of no-show, full amount of required duration will be charged
4. All room booking payments must
be cleared before the start time of meeting
5. In order to confirm the room booking
full payment must be made in advance
6. A 50% Deposit can be paid to reserve
required duration of room however the room will only be accessible
after the full payment has been cleared
7. If meeting schedule changed, £10
administration fee will be charged

9. No food or beverages are included
in the prices
10. Seating layout of the room is
required to set prior the start of meating hence the requirement
must be told in advance, any major changes will incur extra
charges.
