TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. In order to confirm the room booking full payment must
be made in advance, to book online click

2. Any fees, balances or surcharges payments must be cleared
on the meeting day.
3. Any major change in the seating style will incur £10
surcharge.
4. If meeting schedule changed, £10 administration fee
will be charged.
5. The room is available per hour basis.
6. No extra time can be requested for preparation or ending.
7. Each slice of hourly block is paid for.
8. All Prices include VAT
9. VAT will be charged as per current VAT rate.
10. The room price include projector, screen, flipchart, wifi,
air-con.
11. A computer is available only if it was requested at the
time of booking.
12. Any equipment and seating requirement must be made clear
at the time of booking.
13. Refreshment drinks, snacks, copy, print and binding are
separately paid for; and not included in the room price.
14. Only broadband Wi-Fi internet is free to use.
15. Other computers use in the premises are paid for.
16. If cancelled up to 2 days before the date of meeting,
£10 administration fee will apply.
17. If cancelled later, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
18. If cancelled same day or in case of no-show, there will
be no refund.
